I bring over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience across retail, education, and healthcare environments, with responsibilities including sales, front desk operations, exam proctoring, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and hands-on clinical support. So I know how to color-code a spreadsheet and your branding palette at the same time with a smile on my face.

You can describe me as a creative shapeshifter. I adapt to different styles depending on the needs of the clients or employers. I love experimenting with new mediums, and if it involves creating something from nothing, I will do my best to work my magic.
