I bring over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience across retail, education, healthcare, and nonprofit environments, with responsibilities including sales, front desk operations, exam proctoring, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and hands-on clinical support. So I know how to color-code a spreadsheet and your branding palette at the same time with a smile on my face.


I have over five years of management experience overseeing front desk staff and daily facility operations. I coordinated schedules, handled customer service issues, and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day performances.

You can describe me as a creative shapeshifter who is organized and responsible. I adapt to different styles depending on the needs of the clients or employers. I love experimenting with new mediums, and if it involves creating something from nothing, I will do my best to work my magic.
